Mr. Shark, one of the core members, serves as the master of disguise for the team. Since his specialty is disguise, he keeps changing his clothes frequently throughout the movie. In The Bad Guys 2, he even appears with a mustache. But his main outfit consists of a red tank top under a gray blazer, gray pants, and brown boots.
Mr. Piranha
Meet Mr. Piranha, a small and stocky red-bellied piranha who serves as the powerhouse of The Bad Guys gang and loves changing his appearance throughout the movie. He is a short-tempered and feisty character who is given the charge of close combat fights and emerges victorious in most of them.
Mr. Snake
Mr. Snake works as the safe cracker in The Bad Guys gang. He is a Burmese python who keeps changing his clothes throughout the movie, but his main attire consists of a tan hat and a Hawaiian shirt with hibiscus print and no sleeves.

Pigtail
Pigtail, one of the three members of The Bad Girls, serves as the engineer of the team. She works really hard to help Kitty in her heist and get rich beyond their dreams.
Professor Marmalade
Professor Marmalade, the main antagonist of the first part, has returned for the sequel as well. He was the mentor of The Bad Guys gang, but his love for them was nothing but a façade to steal the love crater meteorite for his own benefits.
